Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for the time of all salon guests, I kindly request a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations.
Standard Cancellation: For appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the booked service value will be applied.
Holiday Season (November & December): Due to the high demand during this time, I kindly request a 5-day notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 5 days during November and December will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service value. Please note that rescheduling prior to January may not be possible in some cases.
All applicable cancellation fees must be settled prior to rescheduling any future appointments.
