Cancellation Policy
In the event of a no-show or appointment cancellation within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the booked services will be applied.
***Please note, during the bustling Holiday season, I kindly request a 7-day notice for appointment shifts or cancellations. Cancellations made within 7 days in November and December will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, the charge will be 50% of the booked services. Please understand that I may not be able to accommodate rescheduling prior to January if adjustments are needed.
All applicable fees must be settled before rescheduling any appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
